Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the site, its pages and the assistant built into it. By using the site, you agree to comply with them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Scope of the published content

The content of the site, including blog articles, guides and assistant answers, is published for general information. It describes practices and trends without taking your particular situation into account.

It is neither legal advice, nor a technical recommendation applicable to your environment, nor financial advice. A security, compliance or insurance decision deserves an assessment of your own situation.

Our role regarding insurance

We support insurers, breach coaches and policyholders in handling cybersecurity incidents. That does not make us an insurance firm or an insurance representative.

ITCS Group is not registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers, distributes no insurance product, gives no advice on the choice, scope or renewal of coverage and does not act as a claims adjuster. For those questions, speak to your broker, your insurer or a certified professional.

The site creates no engagement

Using the site, submitting a form or exchanging with the assistant creates no contractual relationship. Our services are governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, timelines, fees and responsibilities.

Our penetration testing and vulnerability assessment work begins only once a written authorization identifying the target systems and the execution window has been signed.

Intellectual property

The text, visuals, design system, code and structure of the site belong to Information Technologie Cyber Sécurité Inc. or are used with the permission of their owners. They are protected by the Copyright Act.

You may quote an excerpt for information or commentary, provided you name the source and link back to the original page. Any other reproduction, adaptation, translation or distribution, in particular for commercial purposes or to train models, requires our written permission.

Third-party marks

The trademarks, names and logos of our partners, vendors and certification bodies belong to their respective owners. Their presence on the site indicates a partnership, a technical integration or a certification held by a member of our team, without implying any sponsorship or endorsement on their part.
